These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hawklend.com (the "Site") operated by HawkLend ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and a U.S. resident, and you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site to send any false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to access any part of the Site that is not intended for public use.
• Use any automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Site without our written permission.

3. Not a lender or insurance carrier

HawkLend is not a lender, mortgage broker, insurance carrier, or insurance agency. We are an independent comparison platform that connects consumers with third-party financial service providers. We do not make credit decisions, fund loans, or issue insurance policies.

4. Rate and offer information

Rates, APRs, premiums, and other product details displayed on the Site are illustrative and may not match your final offer. Actual rates and offers depend on your credit, location, and the provider's underwriting criteria. We do not guarantee any rate or approval.

5. Third-party providers

When you submit an application form, we share your information with the providers matched to your profile. Once shared, the provider's terms, privacy policy, and processes apply — not ours. We are not responsible for any provider's actions, decisions, or service.

6. TCPA consent

By submitting an application form and checking the consent box, you authorize HawkLend and its matched providers to contact you by phone, email, or text message regarding financial products. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out by replying STOP to any text or by emailing info@hawklend.com.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, design, and code are owned by HawkLend or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HawkLend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any third-party provider you connect with through us. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HawkLend, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
